8 Curb Derkins at center, run to corner 4 for 24 Atomic Crunches, run back to center;
8 Curb Derkins at center, run to corner 3 for 24 Squats, run back to center.

8 Carolina Dry Docks at center, run to corner 1 for 24 LBCs, run back to center;

Been quiet around the Dawghouse since school let out. Beatdowns drawing small crowds though Cruises have been attended well. Sadly, the school has cut off the best of our parking-lot lights, but fortunately the sun is up before we’re too far in to the beatdown.
