QIC: The Big Show
The preblast warned of a bald man and some horseshoes and that is what YHC delivered. Here’s how it went down. The Big Show showed up rocking the bald head and the sweat began rolling.
WARMARAMA: 9 pax embarked on a nice mosey to the police station where we commenced a typical Big Show warmarama. A man who begins sweating when he gets out of his truck does not need much of a warmup. Side Straddle Hops x 15, Windmills x 10, Imperial Storm Troopers x 10 and Arm Circles, The Burgh said he was not warmed up so we finished the warm up with a nice little indian run.
A Big Bald Ladder: The Indian run led us to the inner horseshoe. At roughly ⅓ of a mile it was the perfect place for a Big Bald Ladder. The ladder was simple 2 merkins 14 WWIIs. Going down by 2 with 5 squats at the top of the horseshoe each time. Risky put in some serious work nearly completing the ladder before time expired. Loafer and Grandmaster put in some serious work despite some nagging injuries. Gunny looked healthy and happy to be back to the beatdowns. Schnitzel was there being the consistent Schnitzel he is. Barnabas and The Burgh were neck and neck all morning long as their lungs began to fade; they were saved by father time ticking away. Sir Topham even made an appearance before he put the lotion on his skin. We finished off one last Indian run to Mary and a nice stretch and recovery.

Moleskin: Thanks for the Q this morning. This journey I have been on the last few months has not been easy but I am really starting to enjoy these beatdowns on a different level. I never thought I would be the guy leading a Q with heavy running. Never thought I would be crazy enough to show up for a pre-run. Thank you guys for making me better. I do not think my days of being at the back are done but at least I know I will not be left behind.
