12 came out on a beautiful spring morning to get a little better.  We had an FNG show up without any gloves so we had to modify to make sure he came back.  This is what we did…

 

Warm Up
:
Mosey to the end of the opening to the lot

The Thang:

Mosey to the High School Sign

• 1 Merkin, 1 Squat, 1 SSH
• Repeato adding a rep up to 5

Mosey over to the middle school entrance

• 1 Merkin, 1 Squat, 1 SSH
• Repeato adding a rep up to 5

Mosey to the Middle School lot, line up at curb

• 20 Plank Jacks
• Shuffle to other side
• 18 Plank Jacks
• Shuffle back
• Repeato going down by 2

Mosey to the next lot

• Line Drills
• Run up to the first parking line
• Quadraphilia back
• Repeato down the line

Mosey back to the picnic tables behind the school, Partner up

• P1 Runs around the school
• P2 does
• 5 Decline Merkins
• 5 Dips
• 5 Step ups Each leg
• Repeato until P1 comes back then switch

Mosey to the Hill

• LBC X20
• Side Crunches x20

Partner back up

• P1 runs down the hill and back
• P2 does
• 5 merkins
• 5 squats
• 5 SSH
• Repeato until P1 comes back
• Repeato X2
