With a full warning of hills and possibly dying on a hill 17 studs showed up for a Dawghouse run on a beautiful morning!

We had 4 cyclists and 13 runners……the ruckers are still missing!??  Marco?  Marco?  Marco!!?

Cyclists – Spaz, Turbine, Yellowcake and Banjo Boy

Runner – Sir Topham, Big Country, Hokie Pokie, Talladega, Mash, The Big Show (Welcome to Dawghouse!), Honey Do, Zacchaues, Hop Hunter, Loveboat, Bonvoy, Buck and Uecker.

It was a beautiful stroll to our starting point….Peak to Peak.  The QIC warned on the pre-blast that hills looked like a good place to die and yet still a very strong showing! 5:30 QIC said I was very impressed, I can only assume it is BRR training season! Ueckers was running faster than ever…..It was that new guy…The Big Show put the fear of God in him I guess.  The QIC tried his best to stay just ahead of Hop Hunter, Loveboat and Bonvoy!  I may have succeeded but it still seemed to me like they were just talking and acting all relaxed while I was gasping for air.  But a wins a win! LOL! Honey Do, Hokie Pokie and Mash kept a strong pace as well.  Mash was pushing strong up those hills!  Big Country, Buck and Talladega looking strong as always!  Talladega looked like the encourager today. I noticed he was the motivational runner this morning giving everyone their morning dose of Dega Delights! LOL! The cyclists past us a few times and looked to have good speed.  35 minutes in gave us just enough time to get back to Mary, however, QIC made the call to go back out the way we came so one final pass of the peak to bid it farewell until next time!

It was an honor to lead!
