Plank and wait for the PAX to gather

Repeato for a couple rounds

Mosey back to ASEC

Mary: Soap Drop, walk out to down dog, dive into cobra, childs pose with left and right arms stretch, and runners stretch

Prayers:  YHC’s family, the month of May is a tough one for us.

Moleskin:  Good show from 15 strong even with the rain.  Called an audible for the 38 special and stayed mostly dry in the deck.  Nothing too special about the beatdown.  Showed up and got after it.

As shared this morning, life throws unexpected curves.  8 years ago, this past Sunday, my wife delivered our second child, still born at 38 weeks.  Life stood still for a while. Now it seems to fly by, it’s hard to believe it has been 8 years looking back.  The month of May is not so great at the Marlboro household, but we just keep going as life demands.  Keep showing up, keep getting after it.  June is around the corner.  Stay hard fellas.
