QIC: The Big Show

 

According to Risky Business Tuesday morning weight day isn’t a good enough workout so he fart sacks. Well the QIC sought to bring the pain and prove the young fart sacker wrong. We embarked on a stairway to what some would call heaven and others would call hell.

 

WARMARAMA: What’s that? This is only Big Show’s second Q in history. We didn’t need it anyways.

 

Let’s Hit the Stairs: The Q led the PAX to the infamous Kannon parking deck where we began the stairway to heaven. The stairway consisted of the following. Climb one flight of stairs with weight of choice. On level 2 we then completed 10 mercans. We then climbed another flight of stairs to level 3. Here we knocked out 15 skull crushers with our weight of choice. Then another flight of stairs. Level 4 had us showing off the guns and with 15 curls followed by the next flight of stairs. Level 5 is where we all started crying like little babies so it was time for some little baby crunches. Of course there was one more flight of stairs to get to level 6 where we rewarded ourselves with 20 squats using our weight of choice. Now that we had reached the Kannon heavens it was time to descend. We went down the stairs to level 1 where we then hit 5 man makers. Then we repeated this again and again and again. On round number 4 after our squats we took a minute to gaze at the stars before circling up for the QICs twist on the 6 minutes of Mary. 1 minute of Hello Dollys, 1 minute of LBCs, 1 minute of dying cockroaches, 1 minute of flutter kicks, and 1 minute of freddie mercuries. In between each exercise we had 30 seconds of stargazing. We finished the morning off with our final 5 man makers on the bottom floor and then went back to the AO for a set of windmills before calling it a day.

COT: The Burgh asked for prayer for his neighbor who had major surgery yesterday. The Big Show asked for continued prayer for David B who is a 13 year old fighting leukemia and has just finished his first 29 day round of treatment.

Grateful for you men who showed up this morning for my second Q.
