14 of the areas finest came together to run and bike, in an effort to better ourselves and fellowship with one another. We welcomed back a few covid returners and went to work. Keeping it simple today with a route that leaves bail points for those that are recovering, though none needed to use them. 0530 hit, headcount taken, the Bird is the word. 8, then 10 runners took off, 4 bikers wheeled out, no ruckers in sight (must have decided their packs were too heavy?)

– Thanks for the strong showing today to welcome me back, I definitely missed y’all last week, and my legs told me the same thing, they’re tired.
– Plenty of opportunities to lead coming up. I see Liquid Courage grabbed his first Cruise next week, whos next?
