Saturday morning, five men gathered in the tasty smoke filled gloom. (Is smoke tasty or is there a better way to describe it?) The inner loop field was filled with smokers, campers and dreamers as the Piggy was gettin’ Jiggy.  Hoping for a large group, YHC had prepared a round of “Capture the Kettlebells”. However, when only four were present at the stroke of 0700, plans were changed on fly.

WARMARAMA: Mosey to the Eternal Flame/Flag Circle. ISTs, BSNs, Windmills, and maybe some other get loose kind of stuff.

THE THANG: The Q lead the PAX to the next location and called on Gunny to name the exercise.  Then Gunny lead the PAX to a location and had Pheidip call the exercise. Then Pheidip chose the location and TheBurgh called the exercise.  About this time Loafer found us, even though we tried to avoid being found, so TheBurgh picked the location and Loafer picked the exercise.  Finally, Loafer led us to the site and YHC picked the work.  This rotation continued until about 0750 when the site of the final beatdown was a camper with a loud mouth trout, a do-do bird, the tallest guy I’ve ever seen and Lowe’s Home Improvement’s worst enemy were cooking up some fine BBQ. (I don’t care what the judges say, you’re all winners.  The breakfast fatty was awesome.) Some obscene Monkey Humpers were delivered as promised and the PAX headed off to the AO.

COT: Congrats to the boys of On Point BBQ for beating out three teams in the People’s Choice Awards. Prayers for family and loved ones.
