The “P” + Haunted Daycare Loop

YHC hasn’t been running a whole lot lately.  Gotta try to be more consistent there.  What better way to hold yourself accountable than to sign up during Life Alert’s Q-Athon a couple of weeks ago?!

I was lazy and didn’t look back at past runs to figure out what to do.  I didn’t want to hit the track and I remember “The P”, so let’s run The P.  4 runners took off and 2 ruckers did their thing.  Hot Pack still runs like a gazelle and he was off.  Schnitzel and I stuck together and had some decent mumblechatter along the way.  When I could catch a breath that is.  Soprano gave a heads up that he’d be walking/slow jogging as his hamstring is bothering him again.  Props to him for showing up to get some work in even with a hurt hamstring.  Hope you heal up quick and are back to your speedy self soon Soprano!  At the start of the run I told Schnitzel that I wouldn’t be doing the haunted daycare loop at the end.  I would just return back to stretch for the last few minutes.  Well, as we came into Moss Creek, Schnitzel changed that.  Gave me the push and instead of turning right, we turned left and did the daycare loop after all.  Thanks for the push Schnitzel!  Finished up with 4.5 miles.  Hotpack probably had another mile on top of that with all his circling back to “pick us up”.  Thanks for that Hot Pack!
