3 other Pax members didn’t worry shout the glove warning and dirty dozen preblast warning. It wasn’t that dirty. I’m not Cupid. ???? we kept it on pavement.

mosey to Gunny parking lot for the Thang!
paired up sir Topham and loafer and risky business and Heisenberg.

partner 1 stays back for squats, lunges, calf raises or Bobby Hurleys whatever you want to do! Just stay busy and get the leg work in  partner 2 runs to first light pole for 12 merkins and comes back  partner 2 did leg work while partner one went to 2nd light pole.  There was 6 light poles so everyone got 3 rounds of running and an exercise of 12 (36 total)

first round was merkins, next round was WWII, next round was Carolina dry docks and final round was Peter Parker’s (without push-up)

mosey back to Mary and did stretching with only 1 minute left.

prayers/announcements – praises for Firechickens sisters pregnancy and reminder of upcoming ultimate frisbee.

small group today but some nice chatter while doing leg work since we didn’t have to count. Wishing Risky huge success on his upcoming test! Great work today fellas!
