7 did not heed the warning that today would not be fun. After not having a Q sign up for kettlebells for the 2nd week in a row, I promised if that didn’t get filled, we would be running peak to peak. Well, I am a man of my word, so peak to peak it is. 6 runners took the long way (felt pity for the Afton guys that still showed up) around the bird head on the way to the peaks. Everybody got 2-3 passes and then we headed back to stretch for the last few minutes.

– Apparently when YHC is not in the best mood, guys still like it. I’ll have to channel my inner Tugboat next time.
– Appreciate you guys showing up, 6 runners, 1 biker and no ruckers…again.
– Afton with a strong showing, 3 dawgs, 3 aftonians and a floater (even though he leads at the dawghouse more than most of the other dawgs, right Tugboat?)
– As Hop was saying, running peak to peak is the low of the day, can only get better from here.
