A humid, post rainy night brought out 10 Mighty HIM’s to the Ridge of Dreams for an Opening Day of Baseball beatdown. YHC prepared a baseball theme beatdown that enticed all enough to perform at peak level. Here is how it went down:

Gameplan explained- 6 rounds | 6 exercises | 27 reps each | 120 yard(run the bases) run after each round

All appeared to complete the 162 each total(long season) and do extra credit till we hit extra innings:

Name-o-rama and Count-a-rama

Lots of strong work today, all appeared to eclipse the 6 round total, Kojak led the way, lost count on how many rounds, warms YHC heart, the joy of the beatdown! Deadhead arrived just in time from pet issue at home to enjoy “Opening Day”! heard a few grumbles but all Hulk Smashed it! I think we got in *3* “Opening Days”, time got away, will incorporate in the future.
Had some talk about having the tunes playing, forgot my speaker, Minnow let all know Beatles cover band will be playing in Harrisburg over the summer, sounds like a great time.
Prayer requests for Wexler’s neighbor/friends-wife diagnosed with breast cancer and is pregnant. Deadhead has friend also with issue, lift them up, all the ones not their today, and and end to war.
Spartan race this weekend, Hburg 5K on the 30th, time laps in May, a number of opportunities are available.

Coffeeteria was all over the place, with lots of laughter and fun-kissing stingrays in Grand Cayaman, pet insulin and cost, pet diabetes and cost of specialty pet food, Twitter rants/ commercial vs regular alcohol limits, pilots/HR/HIPAA, #showtoknow, missed a doozy today!
