Moleskin:

1. Ten faithful Pax showed on soggy wet, windy, chilly and generally miserable morning which would have been better suited for fartsacking but made tolerable by Tombstones promise to spring for coffee at Groundworks if we finished a little early, which we did.
2. Emphasis this morning was to stay dry and a good ‘ol overall body workout with repeating stations inside the deck was just what the doctor ordered. All workouts are better, no matter what the weather conditions, when done with F3 brothers.   

Cudos to Homeland and Gooney for talking Hot Wheels into coming back to F3! Great to have you this morning.

Coffeteria even better than usual since Tom B. Stone flipped the bill!
