With a new week upon us, another challenge was issued, soliciting max participation throughout the week. YHC was responsible for leading off the week with a circuit breaker to set the tone. Here’s how that tone went…

 

THE THANG

Up and Down the stairs

Box o Pain:

Side 1: Bear Crawl, 10 hand release @ each island

Side 2: Burpee Broad Jump

Side 3: Lunge Walk, 10 jump squats @ each island

Side 4: Burpee Broad Jump

Start over with Mike Tysons, repeato until 0620, extinction mile.

 

 

MOLESKIN

 

 

Strong work this morning, gents. YHC went from the point to the 6 very, very quickly on this one. It was good to see everyone putting in as much hard work as they were. Inspiring stuff.

 

With temperatures hovering right around freezing, YHC knew he could count on Peppa being there. After all, cold weather is his fav.

 

There was some mumblechatter about Saturday’s Rail Yard beatdown, but YHC couldn’t quite make it out over the sound of my own gasping whilst trying to complete the box o pain. Humble pi. (Rimshot)

“There were no burpees or broad jumps completed on that side!”  (Try, but as always, modify as needed.)

Othello, Wexler, Peppa were leading the charge the whole way through. Strong work, and thanks for picking up the 6.

Good to see Starsky sticking with the promise to keep posting, and also good to see Zin putting in the work with us again.

If your eyes could focus quickly enough, you would’ve also seen SS Minnow blazing through the town center. He’s got the Q tomorrow at The Ridge and promises minimal running (read- Bear Crawls and Merkins galore!)

 

Coffeeteria was excellent as usual: Oz joined us and topics ranged from Nil-Nil footie talk to what truly defines an “aggressive offer.” And remember, plastics really run the world…
