On a chilled out morning, 10 cool customers cruised the Burg once again in search of good times… again, none were found. After a brief review of the route, we launched.

THE THANG

 

Same as last week: I’m not sure I’d like this to be my namesake, but for now, the Deadhead Loop works.

1) Out the town center to Parallel
2) Continue on Parallel across Morehead to where it turns to Valhalla and then turn right on Lakeview then Williams.
3) Once you get back to the corner of Williams and Valhalla, about face and run the hill the opposite direction.
4) Back at the intersection of Williams and Valhalla, head back to the town center via Parallel.

• Great work out there today. It felt better than last week, and that was the goal. If it didn’t… try again next week. And the next.
• T-Claps to Kojak for doing it all with a ruck on!
• Battery, nice to meet you brother! Welcome to The Burg.
• Praise: Welcome to The Count’s new baby!
• Coffeeteria included the ins and outs of adding monies to the Carolina meal plan and hand washing on cruises.

• It was good to see Zin and Birdcage back out putting in the work and to witness Starsky’s commitment to the cold weather workouts!
