6 other Pax members joined QIC for a backdraft throwback beatdown. backdraft brought to Kannon a Birmingham beatdown and we threatened anyone’s life if it was brought back. It’s been long enough. I did a modified version. Lol. Here’s how it went down.

Warmorama: run up steps of parking deck to top for 25 SSH, 15 IST, 10 BDSN and 10 windmills

mosey to get 1 block per group. Mosey to west ave at the round about for with our blocks switching the block from time to time with our partners.

Painorama: 1 partner car the block with a jog up by gem theatre and back down to round about whole partner did various exercises called out by QIC.

Varuous exercises were walk out merkins, core killers, lunges, dips, RBC, squats, incline merkin, wall step ups and WWII

carry block back to Mary and finish up last 5 minutes at mary

mary: LBC, pretzel crunch, flutter kicks and hello dollys. Finished random stretching.

Prayers: prayers for PAX and country

It was a pleasure to bring the pain today.
