11 joined me for a bit of a reunion. I looked it up last night, I haven’t led a Bootcamp at the Ridge since 2016. It was about time to fix that. Looked through some past leads for ideas and one that I thoroughly enjoyed was a few weeks ago with the Walls of Jericho. Kojak had seen it before and seemed thrilled. Clueless was giving me a hard time for the clipboard that was just a dry erase board with the excercises in sharpie (No Edits allowed). 0530 struck, disclaimer given, time to work.

Mosey around the lot, to the wall.

The Main Event
7 Rounds, 7 Excercises, 7 Reps each

1) Split Squats (each leg)
2) Derkins
3) Mountain Climbers
4) Squat to Wall Tap
5) London Bridge
6) WWII
7) Donkey Kicks
Run to the Bull and back after each round

You Guys are studs, so we have a little extra time for a shuttle run.

Pick a spot on the curb, run up 2 lines, 2 burpees, back pedal 1, 10 SSH, repeato until you reach the end of the lot.

Moleskin:
1) It’s fun to come hang out with you guys, I’m going to have to come around more often.
2) Ton of no quit this morning. Everyone got all 7 rounds, some got 8, but all were killing. Way to go Tar Tar pushing through lingering Ultimate Frisbee pain.
3) Wall work is fun, but gotta take care of that money maker, JD had a few close calls from what I hear. I was focused on keeping mine off the concrete as well.
4) Y’all don’t be strangers, come see us at the Dawghouse sometime. We’re just around the corner after all.

Prayers for loss of family members. Prayers for guys that are struggling with the season.

Praise for the show of love for the orphanage and the excess collected.
