A bit warm and muggy this morning, 59 degrees, for 17th of December, but refreshing from the low 30s earlier in the week.  @Loafer arrives at corner at 05:29:59 and we’re off.

The Thang

We’ve done this before, many moons ago at Kannon (I recall @FireChicken, @ChickenStrip, @Catfish, @Backdraft and others were there), but this seemed new to the Fab 5 present this morning.  Parter up, P1 and P2 alternative going down to cones and back (Maybe 50 feet apart) utilizing various means of locomotion.  While P1 is moving, P2 rests and vice versa.

The means of locomotion vary by the list below:

  1. Run
  2. Lateral
  3. Quadraphelia
  4. Karyoke (or Kuechley #55!)
  5. Frogger
  6. Bear Crawl
  7. Burpee Broad Jump
  8. Power Skip

So, to start P1 runs down and back, then P2 runs down and back.  That’s #1.

Start #2.  P1 does lateral down and back, P2 does lateral down and back.  P1 runs down and back, P2 runs down and back.

Start #3… same pattern.  Eventually P1 does Power Skip, then P2, P1 does BBJ, then P2 and so on.

Then we roll it back, although we skipped #7 on the way back, and finished the #5 when time was called.

Mary

Mary was not even considered this morning, arrive at flag at 06:14:59.

Announcements

Kannonball 31 starts today at 3pm through Sat 10pm.  Starts at the launch corner.

Make America Burpee Again, only 100 burpees a day, sign up early and often.

Moleskin

First time I did this was led by @Pox at #RollingStone, butt kicking. It’s a good one, I left out a step, Slalom, which kills my feet, #RESPECT!  It’s tough to get the whole thing in, down the list and back up.  Appreciate you all, especially for following me around this morning.  Great AO, and I enjoy splitting my time between here and RS.
