MOLESKINE:
First Q at Concord in a couple years. Nothing’s changed except the hairlines. We got off the reservation quick today, as is only right at OCT. Had these boys winding down the sides streets off Cabarrus and down the epically steep hill at the bottom of Patterson.
Then it was off to the Muckle Flugga where the conditions were
perfect – plenty damp, humid and temps in the high 50s. Lots happening at the Park, we ripped our knuckles to shreds with the Kong push-ups, then we learned some things about Pervis Ellison and Chauncey Billups. Heading back up the switchbacks, we encountered the familiar face that is @PTO. Sadly he had no time to stop and catch up. Back to OCT but not before @Grover got run down on last quadro hill.
Good times at Coffeeteria, @Java joined us after his 12-miler.
Appreciate the opportunity to lead this group of men. Concord’s where I got my start, and I owe so much to you guys for those years I spent in town.
