WARM UP:

Then to explain..

THANG

Easy up and down circuit, in a Christmas Tree Format with a rep stop at each level being as follows

  1. Burpees x 5
  2. Core Killers x 10
  3. Dry Docks x 15
  4. Squats x 20
  5. Star Jumps x 25 (But only up to the overhang)

Go up to level five and do each corresponding exercise and then travel back down.  After doing 25 star jumps, the Q made up some bullshit about research saying that the Star of the tree is the statistically the most altered object on a christmas tree.  That may or may not be true, but YHC just made it up in order to change the 5th floor exercise, and decided to change it each time.  Subsequent times up would include Crunchy frogs x 25, Mike Tysons x 25, and walk out merks x 25.

Most pax got in three full rounds and some got to the top of the 4th and cursed the Q after experiencing the walk out merk party.  The Q did not make it there.

Time called at 0608 so the pax could Mary stretch in the deck and then run back to OCT for COT, where we prayed for the Ivey family, Hip’s friend’s wife dealing with a miscarriage, and thanks from Mayw for those who attended the Ollie North dinner.

MOLESKIN:

Fun day. Cold day. Rainy day.  People Complained.  YHC didn’t care, The Q does what he wants.  I got 2.75, others got more, others got less.  It was a tough workout, but make sure you are here tomorrow as we invite one of our beloved brothers to heights previously unknown in F3Concord.  Glad we got weekday El Ab back after some back troubles.

I look forward to it every morning, and you all make me a better and more accountable man.
