Each added up to 15, starting with 5/10 and ending with 10/5.  Ladders and locations were as follows:

1. Merkins/WWIIs/Belk Entrance
2. Step Ups/Core Killers/JC Penney Entrance
3. Dry Docks/Boxcutters/Ghost of Sears Entrance
4. Squats/V-Ups/Belk Entrance facing Hospital

Prayed for 4 year old Emmett as she recovers from a heart issue.  Some of the things that don’t both us can nearly kill others.  Prayed for Wisconsin and what is possibly about to come in Georgia.

Moleskin

As Bozeman had to give up the Q due to suspected illness, the Pax needed a hero, and the MQ stepped up and made it up.  Ended up basic but solid, sometimes those are the best ones, here it is, go get it.  Got just under 2.5 miles, a lot of good reps and by the end of it, all coldness had ceased.  Q even audibled his audibles to make sure our poor gloveless pax were able to keep their soft little hands intact.  Gotta be willing to think quick in all scenarios, that’s how you win the day.  Looking forward to the Hillbilly, if you haven’t been, it’s one of the best mornings of the year, breaking bread with Pax after earning your lunch.   Mountie made the unfortunate error of comparing his wife to Tombstone, you can only guess how that went. Lots of discussion around Ron Artest, and his upbringing…
