On Day 6 of YHC’s Iron Q, 13 Go Getters took time out of their Saturday morning and decided to join YHC at Harrisburg Park to pay tribute to a brother lost much too early.  We would be remembering Chicken Little(Wyatt Hatcher) through our hard work.  The clock hit 0700 so off went and it went like this…..

MOLESKIN

-First off I want to thank each and every PAX for coming out this week and supporting me.  F3 has been such a big and positive part of my life over the past 6 years.  It has given me opportunities to get out and serve others.  I hope this Iron Q motivates people to get out and Q for the first time.

-Also seeing all the young men come out this week and put in work along side us was very inspiring.

-Big Props to Gamma and JD for completing the week with me.  Didn’t seem like much of a problem to either one of them.

-Good to see Hootie back out and moving around after knee surgery.

-Jack Rabbit is fast, hence his F3 name.  He put in all the work and pushed YHC to have to come up with OT work.

-Sweetie and Magic Mike used the blocks in all different ways and kept moving.  Sweetie definitely has the chatter part of the workout figured out.

-Luckily Solocup had JD there to keep him honest and not do his usual slacking off.

-Lots of tough dudes out this morning just getting work done.  Very impressive!!!
