9 men showed up to find out the answer to the Q’s preblast, “What do you call an annoying Duke fan?” and get better along the way.  Rain just BARELY held off.

Brief stroll over to the answer of the riddle and the site of the beatdown, NORTHERN TOOL.  Simple beatdown, there was an exercise at each of the 4 corners of the building:

• Core killers x 10
• dry docks x 20
• Squats x 30
• Burpees x 5

Repeato until time called.

Prayed for Homie’s stepson Jackson for a broken face, Marlboro’s family after the brief runaway of his sister, Wham for their child, and Tombstone’s wife’s family for a death in the family.

Moleskin

YHC got around Cameron Indoor 7 times, Frosty/PR/Tomby/Homie must have hit 9 or 10, everyone got at least 6 trips which means a ton of reps.  Tried to go a bit lower run, but still got over 2.  Some solid banter, that’s what it’s all about.  Obviously disappointed LUTHOR didn’t show up to hear the punchline, but I’m sure he had a great reason not to post.  Coffee was excellent, I’m not sure why Tombstone doesn’t take our ideas on how to keep a dead man’s mouth shut.  Checkmate brought out his roommate Connor for his first beatdown, FNG Connor kept up admirably.  Perhaps next time we’ll run down to Rugged Warehouse for the NC State workout.
