Beaut of a morning.  Sad that Mayweather missed out.  Q was wearing a head covering and showed up on time.  So that was a win.

Start at At Curb:  2 burpees

1st light post:  12 Lunges (6 each leg)

2nd light post:  12 Merkins.  Each time a different type

3rd light post:  12 Crunchy frogs

4th light post:  12 Tar Hole Dry Docks

Round it back to curb to start again

Each round increase burpee count by 2.  All other reps stay the same.

Perfect morning.  Q logged 2ish miles but y watch wasn’t working so I’m pretty sure 2.5-3 total miles were covered.  5-7 total rotations completed with the burpees, Merkins and Dry docks getting a bit more difficult as we went along.  Some fast people led the way.  Most of them cheating their reps.  Some slow people took their time and completed perfect exercise at each station.  Good coffee attendance.  Got loud and rowdy when T-Stone and Cat started telling stories.  We need to train Tombstone how to talk about something other than fat dead people.  Ha.  Prayers for the Cochran family and the patriarch Bill.  He raised a stud of a son in Skinner.  Missing some El AB these days.  Happy Birthday to Hip.  We have some stud respects in our pax.
