5:30AM brought cool temps and 4 of the finest men in Meca for likely my last Meca Q.

Warmorama:

• Obligatory run around HT parking lot
• SSH X 20
• Good Morning X 10
• Windmill X 10

The main Thang:

• Move bells to Dentist for Four Corners
• Leave Bells at starting Corner for Swings
• Corner 2 Mericans
• Corner 3 Bobby Hurley’s
• Corner 4 crunches
• Start with 20 at each corner and reduce by one each cycle.
  • 20 minute timer – AMRAP

Broga:

• Upward Dog
• Downward Dog
• Bird Dog
• Hound Dog

Moleskin:

• Moving back to Huntersville. Been great time in Meca and will miss it. It will be good though to be back in the region I spent 7 years of my life. My F3 son Master Po has made it clear that if he has made it to LKN from Concord, I can make the drive occasionally to Rolling Stone so I will be around occasionally.
• Hot Pack completed the most rounds in 20 minutes as usual.
• YHC almost lapped his F3 son. I thought I taught you better than to dog it son!
• Master Po decided to name every broga move to include dog.
• Perfect weather
• Prayers for the Pax who has someone close to them struggling with sickness. Pray for speedy recovery.
