Google machine said it was 49 degrees at tip off and the PAX welcomed with a warm embrace.

Warmup:

• Run to Wells parking lot
• 15 SSH
• Soap drop, to the left and right
• 15 mtn. climbers
• 10 slow mercs

The Thang:

• 3, 12 minutes stations scattered about Downtown Concord as follows:
• Station #1 at mugga for 12 minutes:
  • Top of mugga:  10 crunchy frogs IC
  • Bottom of mugga: 10 downdog mercs

• Station #2 at top of old deck for 12:
  • Top floor:  8 mike tysons
  • Floor right below: 8 star jumps
• Station #3 at Coltrane for 12:
  • Bball court:  6 burpees
  • Playground:  6 pull-ups

Mary:

• down dog
• runners stretch

Moleskin: 

11 strong today.  Weather was perfect, providing hints of fall and good vibes all-around.  QIC actually found an old Casio watch and was able to time without lugging a phone around – y’all should give it a try.   Though I can say Gooney questioned my ability to decipher it as my 12 minutes were more 12(ish) minutes. Tombstone had quite the strong Friday night (even for him) and spent most of the hour trying to keep his merlot unsplashed.  Though he left immediately after Mary, so may have to go to the judges for a ruling.  Q was beyond shocked that many of his fellow PAX had never heard of a Zero bar — I’m sorry your childhoods were less than.  Too new beginnings….
