Healing prayers were offered for Anvil’s brother as he is set to come home and for PAX on the mend. Additional prayers for PAX who haven’t made it out in a while. Make sure we’re checking up on each other. It means a lot.

Moleskin:

This workout was designed to keep everyone together the entire time and out of the decks. Result was lots of great chatter and laughs from an energized group. Tombstone somehow lost both shoes during the beatdown, which Gooney and Spud may or may not have participated in. Coffeeteria had perfect attendance.

Saturdays might my favorite beatdown of the week. Work stresses have passed, kids and wives are sleeping in, and coffee conversations are relaxed and long. If Saturday isn’t normally your day, fix that and start your weekend right.

An honor to lead
