Kids and their games

- 5 other young men join the QIC for his VQ at the Dawghouse! I teased them with games in the preblast and they still came out!
WARMORAMA: mosey to circle area in front of the school. 25 SSH, 15 Hillbillies, 10 Penny Pickers and 10 Low slow squats.
THE THANG: Mosey to small oval in front of the school for a little game of Tag. One person runs with two sand jugs that weight about 25lbs each. The other PAX would alternate between these 3 exercises. Squats, LBC’s and merkins. 10 of one of them and chase and tag the person running with jugs. We did 2 rounds. So we did about 4 sets of 10 on the 3 exercises. We did Indian run with jugs back to warmorama area for a our next game.
Then we played a little duck, duck, goose or maybe just goose! We did exercises called out by Q together and when goose was shouted you had to run outside the inner circle and back to your spot. We did several exercises to work the whole body. Squats, windmills, American Hammer, Munkey humpers, hello dollys, flutter kicks, dying cockroaches, core killers and some others. All of these while randomly shouting “Goose” for the Pax to sprint around the inner circle and race back to their spots.
Next game was a little Indian Run with the jugs back to our next spot for Simon says Do what the Q says!
We went to open parking lot by the cars. And here’s what Simon said. First island 5 WWII, quadraphelia to next island for 10 WWII and Karoke to next island for 15 WWII. On the way back Simon said 2 rounds of 10 lunge walks and 10 bear crawls and then sprint back to the start. 2nd round was 5 Freddy Merks with the same exercises there and back.

MARY: some nice stretching for 2 minutes.
PRAYERS: no prayer requests or announcements so we just prayed over men of F3 and this world and the gratefulness we have for the ability to be doing F3!
MOLESKIN: Thank you for letting me lead today guys! I did Squirms today and was told Pharaoh loved them. Hey, they have to hurt, if not we are not doing them right ???? I think everyone liked the running. Honey Do was tempted to ring his sweaty shirt out like the QIC! Loveboat pretty much won all rounds of tag! Haha A great showing today by Habs and Mash killing it. And Big country always looks like he is running with loaves of bread and not 25lb sand jugs! Either way it was a great time and the games were fun. We are all wieners…uh…winners! ????
