Repeato in the heato until about 0600, then head back to OCT to see if we might interrupt a crime in progress. No luck, so we would take our thirst for battle out in our own personalized blocks

Great start to the day as Indy and Tombstone remind me of why I love this group. Suspicious character riding a bicycle at 0530 in the morning looking for cab money to give his bike a ride somewhere, so without hesitation they went to their cars revealing where we all keep our keys and wallets before we leave, and took care of him. 

Seriously though, whether that guy was legit or not doesn’t even matter. They saw a dude who needed something that meant nothing to them to give and they gave him the benefit of the doubt and took the chance on him. Maybe I’m an optimist or an idealist, but I have to think that’s the cure to the toxic climate in our country right now. We have got to remember that’s who most people really are beneath the labels we put on them. Most people want to help people that need help. It doesn’t matter who they voted for, what church they go to, or even if they’re Dallas Cowboys fans. 

Our group is made up of all types of dudes with all types of beliefs, yet we understand that the only true measure of a man is how effectively they can talk shit and take it. 

Be the example of compromise and let that spread like a virus. Give her whatever she wants as long as she lets you keep the Lay-Z-Boy, and watch that drive her absolutely crazy for the rest of her life.
