Well it didn’t rain at 5:30 but it started to at 5:31. Yhc  wasn’t sure what really to do today hills speed work or just a easy stroll. So when I turned my watch on this morning it said to do speed work so we did. Then with 8 minutes left we stretched. 4 runners, 3 bikes, and 2 Ruckers
