A new Trailer of Pain attendance record and the naming of Shuttlecock

The Trailer of Pain (ToP)made its monthly appearance at Highland, where special from Comanche cane to see what the buzz was all about with the ToP.  By the time the full disclaimer was given, 19 PAX were ready to endure some pain with PAX number 20 showing up after warmarama.  We moseyed to the parking lot round about and then circled up for WARMARAMA.

WARMARAMA

THE THANG – By the start of the beatdown, @dyn-o-mite showed up and become YHC’s partner.  The parking spaces were marked by 10 pain stations.  The 20PAX were partnered to the 10 stations and would rotate to the next station after the bucket carrier got back from a trip to the handicap parking space and back, which took 60 to 90 seconds.

We were able to complete 2 full circuits before we moseyed to round about and back. We then circled up for MARRY

MARRY

  1. Poutine Low Flutters
  2. Alternating Toe Touches – @gump said he could touch his toes due to belly interference
  3. Stretches – right hand next to right hand, then switch hand followed by flap jack. We held each of the positions for 10-15 counts.  Once again, @gump claimed some bellly interference.  @disaster got a full view of YHC’s derriere during stretching.

  1. This morning attendance of 20 at Mettle / Trailer of Pain is new attendance record beating previous record of 18.  Nice job men!
  2. Thanks to the fine pax at Comanche for joining us.  YHC hope you enjoyed it and want to bring the ToP to Comanche to share with the pax
  3. Great job by @circuit on his Eh of @shuttlecock, who is avid badminton player, thus the name.  BTW his performance at first beatdown was very impressive.  WE are glad to have you!
  4. As always, great to see @gump this am.  Our beatdowns are a lot more enjoyable with your presence.
  5. Thanks to @ambassador for contributing to the non solicitated coffee fund.  He simply wouldn’t take no for an answer, so the next coffee served after Thursday’s beatdown is courtesy of our Ambassador.  Very thoughtful, but not necessary!
  6. No Last Call this Saturday since we will instead head over to the Bridge grand opening.
