6 pax came and salvaged a light morning with the Q as humidity reigned supreme once again.
warm up:
Jog to and around some building near the AO that we never use and hit:
- SSH x 20
- IST x 15
- loose change x 10
- arm circles regular
- Jog to dentist office with THE WALL for
Thanggggg
Gather at the back lot to find a whiteboard in complete darkness. After the whiteboard is moved to the light by the Q, the pax partner up and see the beat down. One pax runs around the building a designated number of times while the other pax performs an exercise corresponding with the number of laps their partner is running, and switch when you get back. Laps climb up to 5, then go back to 1 and repeato.
Laps to exercises as follows:
- 1 lap- Burpees
- 2 laps- Alt. Let v-ups
- 3 laps- Bobby Hurleys AKA Cota Floatas
- 4 laps- LBCs
- 5 laps- Jack Webbs, starting at 1
- Repeato
Time called at 6:09, run back across street to AO for

Prayed for Jordan Flair’s son, who is in the hospital with breathing issues, as well as Praise for the continuing recovery of friends of Hip’s nephew’s friends, without Hip’s nephew’s quick thinking there may have been a different outcome.

Evidently when the CEO and the Town Drunk are on vacation nobody feels like showing up. YHC was the only hate there. No mind, the men who came to battle came ready, including Neverland on a bum foot. Q forewarned him yesterday we were looking at 2ish miles and that delivered, with around 2 and a quarter, most of it around a small course around a building. We went left a lot. YHC is always gonna bring a gasser and this was no different with everyone eating a double dose of Burpees and making it to 3 laps on round 2. Every round brought a new challenge, the little laps added up, as did the Jack Webb’s, up to 9-18 for the Q. It’s hard to judge how a new Q is going to go, I’ll keep this in the rotation, it will be like a brand new Q the next time I drop it on the pax. It actually seemed to fly by, although maybe that was just me.
Great to see the pax who dragged themselves up, and if you’re having trouble doing so, take that damn red pill, get the hell up, and show the hell out. Early is hard and that’s why we do it.
