Count off in groups of 3:
One partner goes to other end of parking lot and performs an exercise, while one partner stays at the other end and performs an exercise, the third partner then runs to the length of the parking lot and tags the one doing the exercise, who runs back to the other end and tags the other partner, and so on. (you get the picture)

Well, we all know now what happens when you throw a wrench into Tombstone’s Q. All hell breaks loose, Spud loses his train of thought, Mayweather breaks down and goes back to his military mindset of just yelling orders, Catfish just starts yelling “Hey Boy” in spuds impersonation voice, BCR acts like he did nothing wrong, and all the pax are quick point out that the Q F***** Up. Needless to say, we got the mission accomplished even though it looked like a monkey humping a football there for a bit. I have learned from my mistakes and they won’t happen again (I will just plan on skipping BCR automatically, hence nothing will be thrown off course). That is what I love about this group, we can make fun of each other and keep on moving knowing it is all in good fun. The focus on core for this one was intentional after Deerticks hill workout. There was ample complaining, which tells me we can all work on our core strength in hopes to be like Indy one day. Two weeks in a row for the Q leading, I’ll be good now till atleast Christmas. With the 4th of July this weekend, it is groups of men like this that give me hope. That in our country there are men who still value Family, Freedom, Community, Country, and Everything Good that America stands for.
