Q: Peanuts

The time was 0530 and the Pax witnessed a Rare event: Life Alert was On time and standing in the parking lot with us. A frequent event was also witnessed as MC rolled in fashionably late but with perfect timing to make the launch.

A quick disclaimer was stated and a mosey to the middle school started us off for warmarama. Soprano had a critter sighting of a cyot-cat. Much debate was had on what it was; still not sure.

Warmarama: SSH, IST, Penny pickers, WMs, Arm Circles, Michael Phelps

The Thang:

• Mosied to the back of the middle school to check out “The Hill.”
• Stump jumpers IC at the bottom, bear crawl up, Peter Parker’s IC at the top, Crawl-bear down. Repeato!
• Hand release dry docks IC at the bottom, lateral bear crawl up, Parker Peters IC at the top, lateral bear crawl down. Repeato!
  
• Squats IC at the bottom, frogger jumps up, Apollo Onos IC at the top, Crawl-bear down. Repeato!
• Incline merkins IC at the bottom, lunge walk up, tuck jumps at the top, crawl bear down. Repeato!
• Mosied up to the back wall of the school house and partnered up.
• One partner Holds Balls to the wall while other partner does figure 8’s around trailer & shed. Switch places.
• One holds people’s chair while partner does figure 8’s around trailer & shed. Switch places.
• One holds wall plank while partner does figure 8’s around trailer & shed. Switch places.
• Next, we all lined up against the wall for some Dirty hookups, Hookups-Dirty, wall skull crushers, wall w’s, and leaning iso-tri’s, all IC.
• Mosey back for Mary, but not before getting a solid set of roadside monkey jumpers in.

Mary: in&outs, LBCs, Tick-tock Lifts, pretzel crunch, and mason twist.

namarama and COT: No announcements or requests from the Pax. YHC gave some words of encouragement for us as men with scripture from Psalm 3.

Moleskin: Keep those eye peeled for coyot-cats. The Pax enjoyed some new exercises and suggested the the Exicon be updated; but cautioned that scouring the internet for new material can be dangerously painful. Lastly, I learned that bagged-winkies oddly impress the Pax.

Thanks to the men who were able to overcome the the fart sack and join me in the gloom. YHC was proud to lead the Pax this morning and more than happy to share some new material. We are all better for it!
