5 PAX members joined the QIC for a sticky Monday run day!

We kept it flat and simple.  Down to Walgreens and back for around 5 miles.  Loafer did just that…..loafed around Kannon doing something.  Risky and QIC took off a usual but kept hearing the ground stomping behind them to see BD and Squid still there running a 8:28 mile 1 and 2.  Around mile 3 Squid said “screw that!” you guys go on!  BD kept it straight and never looked back.  Cupid found another gear around mile 4.  Solid run today by everyone!

It was a pleasure to run with you fellas today!
