6 PAX gathered for a Thursday cruise. 4 runners made Crazy 8s and 2 ruckers rucked a solid. We backed the pace off a small notch after a brutal Tuesday cruise, then made it back to the ‘haus 5 min. early for some stretching and prayers. t

Prayers offered for the tremendous privilege of having strong, healthy bodies.

Moleskin:

Been a terrific week of big numbers showing up in the gloom, so can’t complain too much for a lighter crowd today, ‘specially when MQ was flexing his beatdown muscles in the F3 Exchange Student program at Highlands today. Good solid work today, gentlemen. It’s a pleasure.
