• Mosey to Allen T. Small rec center on Spring St
• SSH x 20
• Hillbillies x 10
• Loose Change x 10
• Mosey to Memorial Gardens parking lot for an arm circle extravaganza (show to know) and then begin

Thang Part 1

Recreating the detour from the bus stop workout from last Saturday.  Pax do 20 WWIIs and 12 merkins in the memorial gardens parking lot, and head the long way to Carolina Courts back down Spring and Corban with the entrance to the Courts still closed, at the Courts do 15 core killers and 12 merkins, and head back to memorial gardens.  Stop at the Opportunity House midway between both ways for 5 burpees a pop.

After all pax had their fill of about 3-4 rounds, mosey to Market Street for:

Thang Part II

Market Street suicides with a stop at each streetlight (5 stops in total) and once you return, start with 10 dry docks and increase by 5 every time you get to the starting line, ending with 30 dry docks by the end.

After that, head to CESI parking lot for a second arm circle extravaganza, and mosey back to OCT for

Mary/COT

Supermans and broga, that’s it. We prayed for Popeye’s nephew William who is improving in the NICU, and discussed charity opportunities and a possible F2 centered around getting some CPR training.

Moleskin

Muggy mornings are back and remind me of why summer workouts can be real ass kickers.  It was cool to do the warmup at the Allen T. Small rec center to honor a man of color who did a lot for the Concord community on a day where equality and respect are honored.

The beatdown got me right around 3.1 miles, The Q will save the arm circle extravaganza for another beat down in the future, I was shocked at the effectiveness, once I heard Cat talking junk about arm circles, I had to bring it out.  He was the only one not complaining.  My traps are shot.  YHC quickly decided to not subject everyone to part I of the Thang for the entire time, and El Ab showed his appreciation for the Q to the suicide by running down a street perpendicular to the street YHC chose to run down for the suicide.  Modifiers gonna modify.  PR, Homey, Frosty and Tombstone had a nice little shirtless competition.  The prostitutes of downtown Concord were riveted.

Coffeeteria conversation was stunted slightly by a lady reading her bible in our normal outdoor spot, but nobody can keep Tombstone down for long.  Thanks for being my support system and my good friends.  F3 is a gift, give it freely.
