10 strong posted for what they thought would be one of LMU’s typical easy strolls through the park.  Only thing missing was the Q.  A 5:32 arrival by Q due to Q being a lazy A and a long train delayed the LMU’s arrival.  Almost had a Grandmaster situation.  Q arrived to an empty parking lot.  Fortunately the pax didn’t venture far and we gathered together after a fair amount of ribbing by the Pax and ventured out.

Back up to the top via the crooked ole staircase 

Repeat 

MSkin:  it be hot out there ladies.  Q almost made a fool out of himself but instead provided plenty of initial fodder and ribbing from the group for being 89 seconds late to his own beat down.  We got in between 2.75 and 3+ miles today according to my watch thing.  Most got at least 4 full rotations with the fast crew getting a 5th.  

Whilst on the Mugga Greenway we all heard someone screaming some crazy nonsense somewhere down on the greenway.  The fast group ventured down to see what the deal was but decided the yeller was far enough out of reach.  We thought it might be Cat bragging about his Tar Holes winning the state championship which none of us ever realized was an actual thing.  Guess you need to find reason to celebrate even if it means handing out a fake trophy every once in a while.  

Good coffee attendance.  Tombstone riled up the UNC fans as only he could do.  Snake Eyes continues to show up for just Wed OCT beatdowns.  We should see if he has a car and could make it to ASEC.  Or maybe offer him a ride from one of the downtown Concord folk.  Maybe that’s all he needs to start coming more oft.  Maybe he just can only stomach being around us once a week.  Who knows.  

COT:  glad to see Luther back.  Let’s all pray for his son Grant.
