8 Two-legged friends and 1 Four-legged furry friend arrived to put in some miles. Looking to pull numbers like Tuesday, after the warmer temps have set in, I was all excited for big numbers again. Turns out, some guys took a field trip (whether last night or this morning) and left MASH and I as the only runners. Seems fitting that you’re getting a double dose of both of us this week. MASH was very kind and hung back with me for the majority of the run as we flipped the Bird and ran it in reverse, you know, the hillier version. Great conversation was had, work was done, and I personally feel better for it.

The rest of the group rucked, and laughed at my offer to run back to the house as we passed them in returning to the cars. Odin seemed like he was ready to do it, but alas, he was restrained by his leash.

Fun was had by all. Accountability was on display. And everybody is now better for it.
