El Thingo
37 ladder with interruption both ways.
Start w/ 20 reps of an exercise at one end of St. James Horseshoe parking lot closest to Union, run the small horseshoe to the other side of the lot, do 5 burpees, and then run to the end of the lot behind the church facing parking deck to finish the ladder with 17 reps. Run back to the start, stopping again to do 5 burpees midway through the return. Drop and add accordingly, with the ladder always adding to 37, until you flipped the 20 and the 17.
First ladder was V-Ups and Dry Docks, second ladder was low flutter and star jumps, burpees dropped midway through the second ladder. Time called around 0605 at the back lot and Q instructed the pax to run up to the top of the deck at a fast pace and enjoy God’s creation. Mosey back down the stairwell with Mary called at 0611.

The Q turned 37. What a useless age.
We got after it, the hand release merks and the semi-sprint to the top of the deck with about 60 burpees and 84 of the other reps in between were meant to gas the pax out. Even with the short distance of the ladder, Q still got 2.3 on the watch.
Glad we hit the top of the deck as the morning can seem majestic up there.
Great to see Custom back out there and Homeboro after a brief spell away. Mountie pushed through some pain and is to be commended. Coffee was awesome as always and the combo of guy time and Adrenaline gets the day started in a way that not many can fathom. F3 is a gift, EH someone and change their life. Thanks for the push to be a stronger and better man every day.
AYE!
