The Skybrook North trio got a plus one with @detention showing up for Bells. Our mosey took us through the usual HT lot with a couple stops for circle ups, back peddles suicides, and side shuffles.

Derkin on two tires stackedx15 (timer), Jump Rope, battle rope drag of 70lb KB, KB goblet squat

Mary mixed in with various dynamic plank movements.
