YHC knew we needed some hill training which has been neglected. The runners ran the Jacob Crossing route, and the ruckers stayed in the comfort of Carolando. 5 runners and 5 ruckers and one lone wolf biker Loveboat but once again the force seems to balance itself between the ruckers and runners. All together we got in 3-5 miles. Great job by everyone this morning. We did get to see a shooting star and as promised we had a rocket!
