Belles No Burpees
Well the food drive vs burpee challenge got off to a good start defeating the burpees 6-0. We are 12 cans stronger than we were on Sunday, keep it going. Six pax moseyed through HT with various side shuttles, backpeddles and such. Heatstroke was begging for sprints but not time for that. Two circles were mixed in with SSH, merkins, planks jacks, squats, and penny pickers among other classics.
The Thang consisted of a heavy Belle routine working to get 2 sets of 5-10 reps with a challenging weight. We had weights ranging from 25-88lbs and all were used.

Mary was enjoyed by all with high planks, Superman’s, and alternating arm and leg raises from a high planks.
