YHC had Q for this morning’s Broga… but kinda forgot.  No worries though.  YHC remember before I left the house in time to grab music and winkie.

The weather was so nice this AM, we decided to get our stretch on outside for a change.  WHAT!?!  Is it Mint Hill if we don’t stretch in a climate controlled area?

We stretched our neck, arms, back, hips and legs – apparently well enough that several loud pops were audible to the group.  I guess that’s good???

Breakfast and Bibles followed Broga at J-Birds.  Might as well enjoy the nice weather.
