10IC Imperial Squat Walkers

Mosey over and grab a block and place it in the end zone.

Round 1
DORA step ups on bench and 20 Murder Bunny hops
3rd wheel runs the .25 mile loop then rotates
2 laps each to traverse the football field by Murder Bunny hops

Round 2
DORA 20 Merkin and 20 Murder Bunny hops
3rd wheel runs the .25 mile loop then rotates
2 laps each to traverse the football field by Murder Bunny hops

Return blocks and mosey .3 miles to next destination.

Round 3
MAX pullups, plank, 3rd wheel runs .20 mile loop around playground
Repeat until 100 pull-ups completed

Mosey back to flag pole in center of the park.
