This morning 3 Pax enjoyed a run/ruck @ the Dawghouse.  The ruckers outnumbered the runners 2-1 today (just saying), we had a lonely runner, the always dedicated “Love Boat and he would not join the ruckers, something about a marathon training in Wilmington he said. PAX wanted to remain together as close as possible so we decided on the Stick route. Ruckers accomplished a 3 mile ruck…and Love Boat a boat load of miles 🙂
