YHC has been trying to get Pharoah out of the funk and thought what better way than to Q.  I was surprised when he accepted the challenge and signed up to Q today.  He must have been hanging with Porto and forgot his Q was today, because he was at the workout yesterday.
5 men ran and 5 men walked/rucked.  The respects brought the numbers today, and would have tipped the table with a Pharoah showing. (J/S)

3-6 miles were gained while the runners did the bird and the Rucker’s did the bird outline without the tail.
