3 of the Strongest Dawgs there ever was showed up at the Dawghouse with a monsoon rain coming down, it was obvious that Yellowcake forgot to close the roof over the weekend!  YHC called an Audible and we did 45 min of stretching and Yoga and it was cold and dry!

Mash was a little disappointed as he totally psyched himself up for a run in the rain, but after the stretch I think he was ok with the audible. Loveboat got so excited about stretching that he talked himself into running the Myrtle Beach marathon!

If you let the rain deter you today, you should hang your head and mope around all day knowing you could have had a totally awesome workout with us but you didn’t trust that I could keep you dry.  Maybe tomorrow you will restore your faith in Uecker! SYITG!
