Getting Stretched (and Flowed and Cored)
All East Charlotte BackblastsMarch 11th, 2021
8 Pax came out for today’s edition of Mint Hill Broga McStretchy Pants and were treated with a Big Tuna led smorgasbord of activities including dynamic stretching, flow and core work. Preblast was sent and recommended proper footwear to be worn as there would be a bit more movement than typical Thursdays. Pax arrived, dropped their mats off and we prepared to get stretched, flowed and cored!
Warm-up: Dynamic Stretches
We started with ~ 15 minutes of dynamic stretches going from 1 end of the gym to the other and back. Stretches included (but not limited to):
- Lunge and twist (2x)

- Butt Kickers
- Toy Soldiers
- Wind Mills
- Arm Circles
- etc. etc.
