Ran up to Belk parking lot for some warm up.

Indian run around mall.

Then we ran around mall stopping at each entrance for various exercises.

Back to mary early for more exercises:

Planks, J-lo’s, jack webbs, and other core/back exercises

There was an eerie mood from the get go following the Duke debacle of Saturday Night. Other than one outburst from Cat, the UNC assemblage kept a cool demeanor, just was strutting around like peacocks with their feathers out. And I had to just sit there a bump on a log. I guess they stayed cool because they knew I had my finger on the burpee button. I opted not to use it other than a planned set of burpee’s. Woulda been good to have Homey out there.

Anyway, college Bball season is over. Players championship this week.
